PRO Associates is the interim management and business consulting arm of Professional Resources Organization (PRO). The overall mission of PRO is to facilitate the development of high-performing people and high-performing organizations. This is accomplished through strategic marketing consulting, executive coaching, and interim management.
John Rouse is the senior manager for the PRO Associates business. He is the lead interim manager on all sales and marketing interim assignments.
John has nearly 40 years of business experience. He has worked in small, midsize, and large organizations including small start-ups and two large Fortune 500 firms. His business roles have covered a wide range of functions and have included the titles of President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Director of Marketing, and Sales Manager. As a partner in a business consulting firm for several years John also had the opportunity to gain a wide range of exposure to many different size companies and numerous business situations. As a member of several trade association and business boards of directors he has provided guidance to individuals and their leadership teams.
John combines his extensive business background with a certification in executive coaching, a master’s degree in management, and he is an AASBC accredited small business consultant. He is an authorized strategic business partner of Wiley International, and he also facilitates peer advisory groups.
When possible, John likes to work one-on-one with his primary contact. He prefers to think of himself as the personal business coach for his client and team members.
When the expertise of other consultants is required for a client project John coordinates their involvement in the project. He makes certain that all Pro-Associates interim managers and consultants have the proper credentials for the consulting assignment.
